1. Facial Aftercare
Slide Down / Slide Up- Do not undertake any other facial skincare treatments within 48 hours of having a Facial.
- Stay away from direct sunlight/sunbeds and heat e.g. saunas for 48 hours after having a Facial.
- Do not apply any other exfoliating skincare products for 72 hours after having a Facial.
- Keep make-up and other skincare products to a minimum for 24 hours after having a Facial.
- For long term results use the prescribed products for home care and book in for treatments monthly. Always use an SPF.
2. Manicure Aftercare
Slide Down / Slide UpTo make the best of your newly manicured hands, follow these simple guidelines:
- Wear protective gloves when gardening, or doing housework.
- Dry hands thoroughly after washing.
- Use hand cream everyday.
- Do not use your fingernails as tools.
- Use an oily nail polish remover.
- Always use a base coat under polish to prevent staining, and use a good quality top coat to prevent chipping.
- Never use metal files.
- Keep nails a workable length.
- Use cuticle cream or oil to moisturise dry cuticles.
- Drink plenty of water and eat well.
- Do simple hand exercise to keep joints supple.
- Avoid harsh and drying soaps.
- Return to your manicurist for regular, professional manicures at least every 2-4 weeks for maintenance and further treatments.
- Further treatments include; Paraffin Wax, Hot Oil Therapy, Deep Conditioning Mask, Exfoliating Treatment, Spa Manicure.
3. Massage Plus Massage & Facial Combinations
Slide Down / Slide Up- Avoid alcohol and heavy meals for 24 hours after treatment.
- Do not operate heavy machinery for 24 hours after treatment.
- Do not undertake any other body treatments for 48 hours after treatment.
- Stay away from direct sunlight/sunbeds and heat e.g. saunas for 48 hours after treatment.
- Keep skincare products to a minimum for 24 hours after treatment.
- Stay relaxed and keep warm for 12 hours after treatment.
- For long term results book in for regular treatments and use the home care products prescribed as well as an SPF.
4. Pedicure Aftercare
Slide Down / Slide UpTo make the best of your newly pedicured feet, follow these simple guidelines:
- Wash feet daily and dry them thoroughly.
- Let your feet breathe, and soak them regularly.
- Use a pumice or exfoliant on a weekly basis to keep hard skin at bay.
- Wear cotton socks, and change them daily.
- Do not wear tight fitting shoes, tights or socks.
- Use foot cream daily to improve your circulation, and to keep your skin soft.
- Use foot spray as and when to refresh your feet.
- Use foot powder if your feet tend to sweat.
- Use an oily non-acetone polish remover.
- Use a base coat under polish, and a good quality top coat over polish to prevent chipping.
- Cut/file nails straight across, and keep nails a sensible length.
- Never use metal files.
- Drink plenty of water and eat well.
- Do simple foot exercise to keep joints supple.
- Return to your pedicurist for regular, professional pedicures at least once a month, for maintenance and further treatments.
- Further treatments include; Paraffin Wax, Hot Oil Therapy, Foot Treatment Mask.
5. Waxing Aftercare
Slide Down / Slide Up- Do not undertake any other skincare treatments within 48 hours of having a waxing treatment.
- Stay away from direct sunlight/sunbeds and heat e.g. saunas for 48 hours after having a waxing treatment.
- Keep skincare products to a minimum for 24 hours after waxing.
- For long term improvements book in for regular treatments and do not shave between treatments.
- For in growing hairs use an exfoliator or a specialist product for this problem.
